Green HVAC Solutions started with just HVAC solutions, but we do support other green/LEED products if they provide a solution for water conservation, energy savings, wasted resources, or contamination. We have accredited LEED professionals available to evaluate your needs. Green HVAC Solutions can recommend or provide solutions to your company that offer rebates, incentives, energy savings, water conservation and/or LEED points.

In January of this year “Green HVAC Solutions” was formed to provide others with solutions to energy and water savings in the Western United States. Chilling Filters is a product that acts as a pre-cooler for air cooled condensers/chillers. This product uses evaporative cooling to make air-cooled systems almost as efficient as water cooled systems. Since 80% of all air conditioning is air cooled, the savings could be astronomical. Pre-coolers have been around for 50 years but are hardly ever used because there was always so much maintenance required for the technology. This new system is almost maintenance free!
Adsil MicroGuard is an inorganic, glass like product, that when applied, can enhance the energy efficiency of condenser coils while protecting them from salt air and harsh chemicals. Many tests have been performed on this surface enhancement, including tests by the Department of Energy. This product also provides mold protection inside air handlers where the dark, moist environment is conducive to biological growth.
